If you're looking for ways to check whether a column "contains" a piece of text, then you'll want to watch this video to see several ways we check this.
We'll investigate LIKE, CHARINDEX, PATINDEX, and STRING_SPLIT. You'll get to see how each can be used to solve the problem and also learn a bit more about TSQL's built in functions.
